Questions before you book

How much does an automotive shoot cost in Miami?

Every shoot is quoted individually, because the price is driven by a few things: how long we shoot, how many locations, whether it’s stills, video or both, and how many final deliverables you need. A single rolling session runs very differently from a full brand day with a crew. Send the brief through the form and you’ll get a fixed number back — no hourly surprises.

What’s included in a shoot?

Planning, location scouting, the shoot itself, and full post-production. You get colour-graded finals cut for the platforms you actually use — vertical for Reels and TikTok, horizontal for YouTube and web, stills sized for feed and print. Raw files stay with me unless we agree otherwise up front.

How long until I get my photos and video?

Stills are typically delivered within 3–5 days, video within 7–10 days, depending on the scope. If you need something for a launch or a post that can’t wait, say so in the brief — rush delivery is possible and gets priced into the quote.

How do rolling shots work?

Rolling shots are filmed car-to-car — your car moving, shot from a camera vehicle alongside it at matched speed. It’s what makes automotive footage look cinematic instead of static. We plan a route in advance, usually at low traffic hours, and it needs a driver for your car plus a camera car.

What if I don’t own the car?

Not a problem. I work with exotic rental partners across Miami and can arrange the car as part of the shoot — useful for content creators, brands and dealerships building a library without owning inventory. Tell me the look you’re after and the rental gets folded into the quote.

Do I need a permit to film in Miami?

For most private shoots on public roads with a small setup, no permit is required. Permits come into play for closed streets, large crews, drones in controlled airspace, or filming on private property like a mansion or a marina. If your shoot needs one, I’ll flag it before we lock the date.

What happens if the weather turns?

Miami rain is usually short, so we often just wait it out or shift a few hours. If the day is unworkable, we reschedule at no cost — I’d rather move the date than hand you footage shot under flat grey skies. Golden hour and night sessions are watched especially closely.

Which areas do you cover?

Miami and the surrounding metro — Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Doral, plus Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. Travel beyond South Florida is possible for larger projects, quoted separately.

Can I use the footage for ads and commercial campaigns?

Yes, with commercial licensing agreed in advance. Personal use — your own social accounts and personal pages — is included by default. Paid advertising, dealership marketing, brand campaigns and resale of the material are licensed separately, so mention the intended use in your brief and it gets priced in from the start.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a standard shoot. Weekends, golden hour slots and event coverage fill up faster, so earlier is better. Last-minute requests are worth sending anyway — cancellations happen, and short-notice slots do open up.
